Q: Where will the conference be held?
A: California School for the Deaf, Riverside
Q: Which hotels do you recommend we stay at?
A: Mission Inn Hotel & Spa and Hyatt Place Riverside. Both of them are located downtown where we have blocked rooms for the conference. Also both are very close to each other.
Q: Which airport should I fly to?
A: Either Ontario airport or LAX – oftentimes LAX have cheaper fares.
Q: How long is the conference?
A: Jun 22, 2023 8am to Jun 24, 2023 noon(ends at noon on Saturday with Keynote)
Q: When is the Gala? Time? Where?
A: The Gala will be at the Riverside Art Museum, 3425 Mission Inn Ave, Riverside, CA 92501 on Jun 23, 2023 from 7pm to 9pm.
Q: Is there a specific theme or dress code to wear for Gala?
A: Casual business attire
Q: Will there be transportation from the hotel downtown to CSDR for the conference?
A: Yes, there will be a school bus to provide transportation.
June 22nd- 8AM time pick up at (location between Hyatt and Mission Inn) 430PM pick up at the Cave to go back to the hotel.
June 23rd- 8AM time pick up at (location between hyatt and Mission Inn) 430PM pick up at the CAVE to go back to the hotel.
June 24th- 8am pick up at (location between Hyatt and Mission Inn) 1230PM pick up at the Cave to go back to the hotel.
Q: Where, when, and what? Vegan? Is lunch included? Lunch will be provided at?
A: Yes. Lunch is included for those who registered for the conference on Thursday, Jun 22, 2023 and Friday, June 23, 2023 at CSDR. Thursday lunch will be catered by Feast on the Go by Matthew Baker. Friday lunch will be catered by Maglay, authentic homemade tacos.
